ABOUT US

Bake’N Bacon is a one-of-a-kind business  with the goal to transform bacon into more than a breakfast food. The company was established in 2019 by Chef Justin Coleman and his business partner Kelvin Alexander with one food truck. They cleverly created a menu that combined a variety of proteins, veggies, jams, sauces, and bold flavors into gourmet sandwiches, sweets, and creative sides.

After years of success with our food trucks, they wanted to give back to our community and provide a fresh culinary experience. That’s why they opened their first brick-and-mortar location in the heart of South Philadelphia—the city’s first and only bacon-inspired restaurant. They continue to provide a unique experience to our guests with our breathtaking interior, our handcrafted cocktails, and a menu that anyone can partake in. This home base allows us to thank our loyal supporters and continue to introduce more bacon-loving folks to an extraordinary dining experience, where bacon always takes center stage.
